Our honey’s unique flavour comes from our 160 acres of natural wildflowers and native flora. As the seasons shift, so do the blooms—creating small, limited batches of Spring, Fall, and Dark honey when Mother Nature allows.
Our Mid-Summer Harvest is a blend of wildflowers and any crops blooming within a 5 km radius—because bees follow their own path and travel far for the best nectar.
All of our Creamed Honey starts with this mid-summer honey, then is carefully mixed and creamed for up to three days to achieve the perfect smooth, spreadable texture.
Liquid Honey
Pure, golden, and straight from the hive — our liquid unpasteurized honey is crafted with care by a small, family-run shop. Naturally raw and full of flavour, each jar captures the essence of the hive with all its natural enzymes and goodness intact.
